How to report fraud, abuse, conflicts of interest, or ethical concerns related to Nubesti.

Nubesti LLC expects employees, contractors, partners, and customers to act with integrity. This page explains how to raise a concern.
1. What you can report
Use this channel for:
- Fraud, bribery, or kickbacks
- Conflicts of interest
- Harassment or discrimination involving Nubesti people
- Unauthorized or illegal use of the platform
- Privacy or security incidents you believe we mishandled
- Retaliation for a previous good-faith report
- Other ethical concerns about how we operate
Product bugs that are not security issues can go to ordinary support. Platform vulnerabilities should go to [email protected] as described in the Security Overview.
2. How to report
Email [email protected] with “Ethics report” in the subject. You may write in English or Spanish.
Include as much detail as you can: what happened, when, who was involved, and any documents. You may request confidentiality. Anonymous reports are harder to investigate but will be reviewed if they contain enough fact.
Do not break the law or attack systems to “prove” a concern. Describe it and we will investigate.
3. What we do
We log the report, assign someone who is not implicated, and investigate in proportion to the risk. We may contact you for more information. Outcomes can include process changes, account action, or reports to authorities.
We will not retaliate against anyone who reports in good faith. Knowingly false reports may lead to account or employment action.
4. Customers and researchers
If you believe a Nubesti customer is using the platform for unauthorized attacks, tell us immediately at [email protected]. We can suspend access while we review.
5. External reporting
Nothing in this policy stops you from reporting a crime or a regulator matter to public authorities.
